Combatives is a general term used to describe modern Military (Hand-To-Hand) Close Quarter Combat that has evolved since the 1920's, had extensive use during WWII with various Commando, Intelligence and Security services, and has continued to modernise for today's needs.
Defend You covers all aspects of modern military and civilian Self Protection (Self Defence) from Awareness and Avoidance right through to very simple tried and tested Combatives techniques.
Defend You comprises of, but is not limited to, the following:
The Defend You Instructors are a team of highly skilled and qualified individuals who are available for Seminars and Short Courses. During Seminars and Short Course we coach and motivate each individual through each element, culminating in a Practical Scenario Based Validation using our Tuff Guy™ suits.

If you are serious about protecting yourself and your family/loved ones, and wish to train in a friendly environment, then you are more welcome to join us.
There are no foreign languages to learn, no gradings/tests to achieve a certain standard and no 3-year syllabus to commit to.
No experience necessary. Please wear suitable 'street clothes', clean trainers and bring a drink and a towel. All training equipment is supplied. Over 14's only.
